Information and purposes

We may process the information you provide by email, phone or WhatsApp, including your name, contact details and event details, to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, organise and deliver agreed services, communicate with you and meet tax and administrative obligations.

If a service requires information about allergies or health, such data should only be collected where necessary and with the appropriate specific legal basis, including explicit consent when required. Please avoid including health information in an initial enquiry.

When a real review submission service is enabled, authorised reviews may be assessed and published together with the agreed display name. The current review form is a local demonstration only: reviews are not transmitted, stored or published.

We do not use profiling or automated decision-making. Marketing messages will only be sent when an appropriate legal basis or authorisation exists.

Legal bases

Responding to enquiries and preparing quotes is based on steps requested before entering into a contract; delivering services on performance of a contract; and invoicing and record-keeping on legal obligations.

Publication of reviews and marketing requiring permission will be based on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Processing health information additionally requires a valid exception under GDPR Article 9, such as explicit consent where applicable.

Forms, recipients and transfers

In this version, the enquiry form composes and copies a message to your device's clipboard; it does not send it to the website's server or directly to Rudolf Bernard. You decide whether to send it by email or another channel; if received, it will be processed to respond.

Information may be made available, where necessary, to email, messaging, web-hosting, IT-support or professional advisers under applicable safeguards, or to public authorities when legally required. Certain technology services may involve international transfers subject to GDPR safeguards.

Retention and your rights
