Booking and cancellation terms

At Mar y Mesa by Rudolf Bernard, every service is prepared individually to ensure the quality and care our guests deserve.

Bookings and payments

Payment terms and any deposit required to confirm a booking will be set out in the quote. A booking is confirmed once the quote has been accepted and the agreed payment conditions have been met.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email. Any amount due in the event of cancellation will be determined in light of the terms previously accepted, the notice given, and preparation or purchasing costs already incurred which cannot be recovered.

Changes to guest numbers

The final number of guests and the deadline for changes will be specified in each quote, depending on the service booked.

Special and corporate events

For celebrations, corporate events, multi-day services and special arrangements, specific payment and cancellation terms will be set out in the corresponding quote or contract.

All conditions are applied in accordance with applicable law and consumer rights.
